So today, I went to the mailbox to grab the mail. I notice I got the hat I ordered, letters from the University of Pudget Sound, and a packet from University of Washington. I’ve been hoping to get a reply soon and this was it! On the envelope, it says “Congratulations!”, so I started to hypervenilate a bit. I ran inside the house and opened that letter. In it, it said “Congratulations! With great pleasure I offer you admission to the University of Washington’s Class of 2012!”
YAY! I got accepted to my first choice college! Now I’m done with applying to backups and start on scholarships. Still need to finish my school work *sigh*

It’s been awhile since I last blogged. Things are going ok… Summer passed by so fast. This is my last year of high school ;-; So I want everything to be great! My schedule looks like:

Symphonic Band
CWP/Civics - H
AP English
AP Calc AB
Ceramics
Physics
So much work!

Our football team is doing great this year too. 4-1! Hopefully it’ll be a great season for them. A downer for this year is that our dances until Dec. 1st are canceled. Just great, my last year and the dances are canceled because of our dancing style >_> And I just got the courage to ask a guy to Tolo. Lame. Hopefully our student leadership will think of something and have dances outside of school. I’m not sure how that’s going to work…

So far, my relationship with my ex is not going as great as I thought. We’re still friends, but it seems I’m the one to engage in a conversation. I realized I’m jealous… I get angry towards a certain slut (no seriously, she’s only a sophomore and has hurt so many guys, etc.) because she’s flirting towards my ex and my other guy friends. My ex and I had always knew about her, being promiscious and stuff. I hope he doesn’t fall for it. I’ll lose all respect of him. I still want us to be close like before, but I have no clue what’s in his head. ARGH#$@!!

Someone once asked me if I loved him. I said, I don’t know how love feels. The person then answered that you just know.

I understand now.

Last weekend was our band trip to Seattle. I had a lot of fun, more than I imagined. First, we visited the Washington State History Museum. It was really boring and wasn’t that great. The sad thing about it was that my friend, Nat, was accused of stealing in the shop. All she did was pull out and put back her electronic dictionary after looking up a word (she’s Japanese). The security guard asked her “Did you know it was wrong to steal?” and then accused her. He didn’t even apologize! She cried =(

Next, we went to the Musuem of Glass. It was so pretty! Then we headed to the Seattle Center for lunch. Afterwards, we went to the Experience Music Project (EMP). That was really fun! There we played around some instruments, did a virtual band performance that we got a poster of, and checked out the sci-fi museum. From there, we headed to the Space Needle. I haven’t been there for a long time, if at all. It was so windy! The view was awesome.

Then it was time for dinner! We ate the Old Spagehtti Factory. Now that we were all full, we rode down to our hotel. There was a pool and hot tub, so some of us went. I just soaked my feet since I didn’t bring a bathing suit. Once I went back to my room, I talked to my boyfriend on the phone. It was our one year anniversary and he wasn’t there with us =(

The next day (Saturday), after breakfast, we went to the Future of Flight Museum and saw where the airplanes were built together. I got a Boeng pen too! It’s soo cool =) We had lunch at Pike Place Market. Dang it was crowded! I asked my sister if we could have lunch together since she lives in Seattle. Man, it was crazy trying to figure that out. We managed and it was nice to see her again.

Lunch is over, so we head back to the Seattle Center. There, we were going to perform. Yeah… our performance sucked! We were out of tune, especially the flutes. I thought the concert band would be good because they had the music a lot longer than us, the symphonic band. I felt really embarrassed. The only good thing about going was that we saw Sanjaya from American Idol before we performed. We got a group picture of those who gathered to see him. Click here for the pic. At about 5 pm, we left Seattle and went back home. It was only a 2 hour ride, so I went up to Thor’s house to see his sister’s kitties. Aww, they were so cute! Then my boyfriend came over. We then left the house, had something to eat and went to watch Spider-Man 3. This was his thing for our anniversary. For me, I gave him: Dr. Pepper, Skittles, (his favorites) and a Fossil sports watch.

So our school’s last tolo was last Saturday. It was great ^^ Because juniors are not having a prom, we set up the tolo and all profits goes to us. It was awesomely done with great decorations. The theme was “Blast from the Past” aka Decades. Ryan and I went as an 80’s couple. Got some great pics of us and our group on myspace >_<

Our boys’ basketball made it to the state championship game. We lost to Lynden, but at least we placed 2nd. That’s really good and we only lost once this year =)

Spring sports is now on! My first match was against the Lassies with a different partner since my usual partner, Nat, was sick (she had asthma x_x). We beat them 8-0 in rainy conditions. Today we had a match against them again, but at home. Nat was able to play so we were partners. The opponents were different than the one I faced last time. Our score was 8-4. I double faulted a few times and hit the balls too hard =/ I did almost hit the net player though ^^v Oh and we’re 1st JV! Woo! We are currently challenging the 3rd varsity team, and if we beat them, we’ll get their spot. So far they won the first set 1-6, but the 2nd set is 2-1. If we can beat them in two sets, we’re good!

Hope everyone had a good Valentine’s Day. Mine was just like an average day. I got Ryan Dr. Pepper and some M&Ms. He really liked the Dr. Pepper hehe. I wish I wrote him a better card now. He gave me a rose, card, and some balls. The tennis balls were supposedly my Christmas gift haha. Anyways, the card he wrote was very sweet. Made me feel special ^^

Now for our school’s basketball report =P
We’re in a 2A league, meaning we’re playing against schools that are smaller than ours last year (we were 3A). Smaller schools mean no challenging teams. We were district champions for the past 2 years that I’ve been here and have made pretty far in state (2005 - 2nd place, 2006 - 7th). This year, we’re doing awesome. We have an undefeated season so far! It’s so cool, but we all knew we would be good since we moved down from 3A. If we win this Friday against the Spudders (yeah, potatoes o_o), we will have an undefeated season. Yay districts next week =)

Happy new year! =) Hope everyone had a good New Year’s Eve. I went to a party at Thor’s place ^^ So many people! It wasn’t just our group of friends, it was also Ellen’s (Thor’s sister) and a few random people.

Ellen’s friends aka the Freshmen, were playing a game of would you rather… I was disturbed when Ryan joined in. They asked questions would you do your dad or your mom kind sick questions. Lets just say, a few of the guys would rather do my boyfriend x_x. There were also a lot, A LOT, of sparkling cider. I had like a bottle and Ryan drank 5.

At midnight, we did some fireworks that we saved up and didn’t explode on July 5th. After some people left, we watched a movie, Logan’s Run. I didn’t finish it since it was around 3 AM and it wasn’t done when I left. The movie has some funny quotes: “Quick! Take your clothes off before you freeze!”

Re-installed wordpress. I just used a different database because I needed my wordpress’ database to be the same as my fanlisting enthusiast thing. I would get an error on the bottom because the two weren’t the same database. Now it’s fixed =)
